INDI FILM develops, produces and co-produces high quality documentaries, feature films and cross-media formats, working successfully together with established authors as well as young up-coming talents. Focusing on films and projects, which are both demanding in content and style, we aim to draw attention to issues of diverse cultural perspectives.
INDI FILM was founded in 2001 and is based in Stuttgart (headquarters) and Berlin, Germany. Over the last 20 years, the company has produced over 50 feature length films, many of them award-winning (Berlin International Film Festival, Sundance, Locarno, IDFA, DOK Leipzig, Hot Docs Toronto, Giffoni, Zlin International Children‘s Film Festival and many others).
Award-winning (Grimme Award, Golden Dove, Crystal Bear, German Television Award, et al.) and succesful with TV and cinema releases, we aim to move the audience and generate social debate with our films and cross-media formats.
