Maison de France

On 25th of August 1983, 26year old Michael Haritz steps together with seven other members of the peace movement “Fasting for Life” into the Maison de France (the French embassy in Berlin), to demonstrate against the atomic bomb experiments in south pacific ocean. At 11:30am a bomb explodes. Michael Haritz dies, another 23 People are badly injured. This film portrays Michael Haritz through the eyes of his family, his friends and colleagues. He was a convicted pacifist.
